I will be hosting a baby shower this month. My question is, when doing party favors, do you put the mother's name or the baby's? For example I wanted to get the candy bar wrapper's, where the front would read _________'s shower, and the baby shower date. Does the mom's or baby's name go there?

You place the mommy-to-be's name on the baby shower party favors. That is what the tradition is but you can always do either. Since the baby shower is really for the mommy, that is why she would be honored on the candy bar wrapper.

It is traditional for the father-to-be to appear at the end of the baby shower or be at the shower the entire time and be the only male who attends.
